- Delivery Method
Our packaging design services are primarily delivered in the form of digital files.
Once the design is completed and approved, we will provide the final design files to the client via one of the following methods:
Sending a download link via email;
Providing files through secure online file transfer or cloud download links;
Providing files via the client’s website account or other digital delivery methods, depending on the specific order.
We do not ship digital design files via physical courier services.
- Delivery Time
After the order is confirmed and we have received the complete design requirements and necessary assets, we typically provide initial design concepts within 3–7 business days.
The final delivery time may vary based on the following factors:
The complexity of the packaging design;
The completeness of the materials provided by the client;
Client feedback and the number of revisions;
Customization needs and special design requirements.
If a project requires a longer production time, we will communicate the estimated completion time to the client promptly.
- Revisions & Final Files
During the design process, clients may request revisions in accordance with their purchased service plan.
Once the client confirms the final design, we will provide the final files in the formats included in the order (e.g., high-resolution files suitable for print or digital use).
Clients are advised to carefully check product names, dimensions, text, contact information, barcodes, and other relevant details before final confirmation. After the client confirms the final files, any revisions or re-production necessitated by errors in information provided by the client may incur additional fees.
- Delivery Issues
Please contact us if you do not receive the design files or download link within the estimated delivery timeframe.
If a download link does not work, files are corrupted, or there are other apparent delivery issues, please contact OptiCore LLC promptly, and we will assist in resolving the matter as soon as possible.
- Service Notice
The delivery timeline for design services begins once we have received the complete order information and necessary design assets. Weekends and U.S. federal holidays are generally not counted as business days.
