  1. Order Confirmation and Commencement of Service

Upon completing payment and submitting an order, you confirm your purchase of the relevant design services and authorize OptiCore LLC to begin the design work.

Once the design service commences, we will proceed with creation and delivery based on the order details and the requirements provided by the client.

  1. No Refund Policy

As design services are customized, one-time creative services, once an order is confirmed and production has begun:

No refunds are available for any design services.

Reasons include, but are not limited to:

Design work has already commenced;
Time, creativity, and professional resources have been invested;
The service content is customized to client needs and cannot be resold or transferred.

Please ensure your requirements and order details are accurate before purchasing design services.

  1. Revisions and Adjustments

To ensure the design meets client needs, we may provide reasonable opportunities for revisions within the scope of the service.

Revisions are limited to adjustments within the confirmed project scope and do not include:

Completely changing the original design direction;
Adding extra services not included in the original order;
Creating an entirely new design concept.

Additional design services may require a separate purchase.

  1. Client Responsibilities

Clients are required to provide accurate and complete information regarding design requirements, including but not limited to:

Brand information;
Product details;
Dimensions and specifications;
Text content;
Images or other necessary assets.

OptiCore LLC is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client, or by the delayed submission of materials.

  1. Intellectual Property

Usage rights and the ownership of intellectual property regarding the design work will be determined based on the agreement between the parties and the specific terms of the order.

Clients may not copy, resell, or use the work for commercial purposes beyond the scope of the purchase without authorization.

  1. Service Changes

OptiCore LLC reserves the right to adjust service content, pricing, and related terms based on business needs. Any updates will take effect upon publication on the website.
